What is Landlord Accreditation
The Landlord Accreditation Scheme is a free and voluntary Scheme for Landlords run by the Somerset West Landlord and Tenants Partnership. The aim of the scheme is to acknowledge good landlords and raise the standards of private rented accommodation.
We aim to recognise good quality private rented accommodation in the Somerset West Partnership area and are committed to providing information and advice to help landlords develop their housing portfolios and improve their properties.

And send them along with:
Once the forms and supporting documents have been received we will book an inspection of the property/ies to complete the process.
