Access to a floating support worker (if deemed suitable and under the age of 25)
The course can be taught in groups or on an individual basis.
When you have completed the course it is recorded on your Homefinder account, to show landlords that you have been through the scheme.
You will also receive a certificate to show Private Sector Landlords
The TRS Status is valid for 6 months. Access to a refresh of the scheme is also available.
